PCM Elementary Parent-Teacher Organization Fundraising

PCM Elementary PTO Fundraising Events

Each year, the PTO aims to earn around $20,000 to cover our planned budget and a few special projects. This is a huge undertaking in a small community, and we always appreciate the extra support from community members, businesses, teachers, and families.

2023-24 Fundraising Events

Fun Run With Color

This 1 mile Fun Run kicks off our school year in a colorful explosion of excitement!

For just $10 per runner or $30 max per family, you can participate in this party-inspired running event.

Homecoming Tattoo Sales

Get your temporary tattoos to wear during spirit week!

Tattoos are $1 each and available for about a week before Homecoming.

Homecoming Fun Zone @ Spirit Night

Keep the kids busy while you enjoy Spirit Night at the High School Football Stadium (after the Parade).

Kids are just $5, and they have access to our inflatables, craft tables, and other activities for the whole evening.

BINGO for Books

Play some BINGO and enjoy some snacks and community while also winning some Books and other yummy prizes!

BINGO for books is one of our winter events, and the proceeds are earmarked to support upgrades to the school libraries.

Scholastic Book Fair

During conferences we host a Scholastic Book Fair at each building. These book fairs are full of in-demand books on popular science topics, fiction, craft kits, and so much more.

Our earnings are dependent on how much we sell, so make sure to stop by!

Class Pumpkin Decorating Contest

This fun annual event gives kids and teachers a chance to show off their craftiness!

Each class decorates a pumpkin, and they are put on display at their school during conferences.

For about 1 week, students, parents, and community members can vote for their favorite pumpkin.

Votes are $1, and the winning class gets a prize.

Trunk-or-Treat

This is our big fall event!

Community members, businesses, and families are able to purchase a space on the Monroe town square to place their decorated car or truck, so that families can trick-or-treat.

A variety of other activities are also included. Such as a pumpkin carving contest, pumpkin decorating, games, and hot cocoa/hot apple cider!

Family Fun Night

As our biggest fundraiser of the year, this event takes a lot of help and organization, but it pays off in a large community-focused event at the high school.

We have inflatables, BINGO, face painting, a dunk tank, games, crafts, food trucks, and so much more.

We also work with individual grade-level parents to put together raffle baskets.

Most activities are free with the exception of the food trucks, face painting, the dunk tank, and the raffle baskets which you can purchase tickets for at the event.
